With a total investment of 0.622 billion RMB, China National Tyre&Rubber Guilin Co., Ltd. sets up All-steel Radial Giant OTR Project, which is the first project under the title National Scientific and Technological Supported Project and at the same time is the Key Project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and China Chemical Group. The Project began to be constructed in March 2007 and will reach to annually production capacity of 10000 pcs by the end of 2010.
