We, Haohua South ( Guilin) Rubber Corp., Ltd, hereby declare that we are the sole and legal owner of Torch brand. Our radial OTR tires under Torch brand are still in test run in domestic mines and have not been sold to any market outside of China; and we are going to have our trial production for 40.00R 57 in Mar, 2009.

Now any radial OTR tires under Torch brand in market are the counterfeits. We will proceed with legal action against the counterfeits of Torch radial OTR tires found in the market immediately without any further notice.

If you find any illegal counterfeits of Torch radial OTR tires, please contact us so that we can take SWIFT action against the parties involved.
